– Payment Methods: We accept payments via debit cards, credit cards, and UPI transactions.
– Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.

2. Shipping and Delivery
– Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 working days.
– Transit Time: Delivery may take up to 4 additional days after shipping.
– Delivery Charges:
– Orders below ₹1000 are charged ₹99 for delivery.
– Orders above ₹1000 are charged ₹50 for packaging.

3. Returns and Refunds
– Refunds: Refunds are accepted only if:
– Products are expired.
– Returns are initiated within 3 working days from the date the customer received the product.
– Damaged Products:
– If products are damaged during transit, customers must take a video and send it to us via WhatsApp at +91 8270269996 on the same day of receiving the product.
– We do not issue cash refunds but will replace the damaged product with the same item.
